My Journey
My path began in business — studying Finance and Marketing at NAIT, and earning a Bachelor of Management from the University of Lethbridge.
I spent over a decade in retail and property management, working with people, budgets, and systems at every level. Eventually, I began noticing something deeper — success wasn’t just about process. It was about presence.
That realization guided me into leadership coaching and intuitive consulting, where I’ve spent the past ten years helping people lead and decide from alignment, not anxiety.
Twice running for Mayor of the City of Edmonton expanded that mission — showing me how collective systems, like cities, mirror the same energetic patterns as organizations and individuals.
Today, I bring that integrated understanding to my work with boards, teams, and civic leaders who are ready to evolve with consciousness and coherence.
